Meet Our Team
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) MBA
When Geoff founded Pinnacle Living in 2004, he had been doing extensive research into the retirement living industry for more than 3 years. Geoff sets out to create communities based on belonging and friendship and create villages that are attractive, individual and instantly recognisable for their quality.
Starting with the acquisition and expansion of Tudor Village and leading subsequent developments at Yarrbat Place in Balwyn and Bellarine Springs in Drysdale, Geoff uses his energy and determination to create homes and communities that are second to none in quality, presentation and reputation. A family business based on Geoff’s inclusive and hands-on approach helps to make each village a special place where residents feel welcome, comfortable and secure.
Geoff has invested great care and attention to all aspects of our design, from the pathways, the gardens and homes, to the community centre and resort facilities. Our retirement villages are the very best available today, and will remain so, long into the future. The same can be said of our staff and resident, who create social, caring, supportive, yet independent communities.
