Geoffrey Reeve

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

When Geoff founded Pinnacle Living in 2004, he had been doing extensive research into the retirement living industry for more than 3 years. He discovered there was an opportunity for him to bring together his experience in managing large scale civil engineering projects with his commitment to positive outcomes for the retiree community. For more than a decade he has been developing new standards of excellence in independent retirement living for the residents of Pinnacle Living’s communities.

Starting with the acquisition and expansion of Tudor Village and leading subsequent developments at Yarrbat Place in Balwyn and Bellarine Springs in Drysdale, Geoff has used his energy and determination to create homes and communities that are second to none in quality, presentation and reputation. His inclusive and hands-on approach helps to make each village a special place where residents feel welcome, comfortable and secure.

Before founding Pinnacle Living, Geoff was responsible for the property management and redevelopment of Melbourne Park and Olympic Park. Prior to that, he led construction projects for some of Australia’s most iconic and essential infrastructure.

Anne Lewis

Marketing Manager, Pinnacle Living
Bachelor of Arts (Tourism)

Originally from Germany, Anne moved to Melbourne 20 years ago to study at RMIT. Anne went on to work in the events and tourism sector in the field of Research and Marketing, before she started her own business. After seven years of running her own events company, it was bought by News Ltd in 2010 and Anne has since been sharing her marketing experience and knowledge with companies, just like Pinnacle Living. A budget conscious marketer with a strategic mind, Anne uses historical data and research to create innovative approaches to marketing that improve the bottom line.

John Spicuglia

Development Manager, Pinnacle Living
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)

Currently working on the development of our new Bellarine Springs retirement community, John plays a key role in coordinating all our contractors. As well as ensuring construction work is completed on schedule and to a high standard, he also works with designers, council staff and other stakeholders to plan future development stages. With over 20 years’ experience as a civil engineer on major infrastructure projects, John brings excellent project management and communication skills to his role with Pinnacle Living. He is equally at home with our senior team in the boardroom and among contractors and tradespeople working on site at Bellarine Springs.

Melanie Ryan

Village Manager, Tudor Village Lilydale and Yarrbat Place

As Village Manager, Melanie brings her passion and experience for retirement living and aged care to this very important role. After working in hospitality management and customer service, she joined one of Victoria’s leading not-for-profit aged care organisations 14 years ago. Eight years later Melanie took on a new role managing several villages for two of Australia’s leading retirement property developers. “I always strive for continuous improvement,“ says Melanie. “At Tudor Village Lilydale, I aim to build on the existing foundations to nurture our harmonious and thriving community.”
